Log into your LBBJKT account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all LBBJKT tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
